Friday Night – Welcome Reception
On Friday evening, we will kick off the weekend with a brother’s only reception at the spectacular Fifth-Third Arena Champions Club. The arena will be open for those who want to enjoy the main concourse. Check-in will be available at the entrance on the West Concourse. If you were emailed a virtual ticket, you do NOT need this for check-in. Bearcat Casual attire is recommended.
We are also hosting a partner’s event at MadTree Brewing (3301 Madison Rd, Cincinnati OH 45208), open to all partners/spouses. Cash bar and food are available. No RSVP is required.

Parking is available at the Woodside Garage (2913 Woodside Drive, Cincinnati OH 45219). We will provide parking vouchers at the event that you can use when exiting the garage. Please give yourself enough time when planning your trip!! There is a high school football game in Nippert Stadium that evening and there is notable construction in the surrounding campus area, so traffic may be heavier than usual.

Enjoy updates from the active chapter, alumni and volunteer recognitions, and guest speaker Coach Wes Miller! Attendees can also expect special door prizes and snag a photo with the Bearcat! Hors d’oeuvres will be provided, buffet style. No plated dinner. Beer, wine, spirits, and non- alcoholic options will be available. Cash tips for bartending staff are encouraged!

Saturday Morning – Brunch & Open House
On Saturday morning, we invite all alumni and guests to the SigEp House (321 Joselin Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45220). Guests will enjoy a brunch spread from Angilo’s and beverages will be provided. Brunch will be an opportunity to connect with old friends or walk down memory lane through the SigEp house. Guests will also have the opportunity to take campus tours, house tours, and hear presentations by the alumni board. Bearcat / SigEp Casual attire is encouraged! On-site registration is available (cash only). If you pre-registered and you were emailed a virtual ticket, you do NOT need this for check-in. Check-in at the red door at 321 Joselin.

Undergrad-led house tours will begin every 30 minutes in the foyer. Undergrad-led campus tours will leave from the foyer at 12:00pm and 12:30pm. Attendees can also join as Judd Weis (‘87) presents chapter updates and the chapter’s 5-Year Strategic Plan. Brunch will be provided, buffet style. Beer and a mimosa bar will be served. Non-alcoholic options also available!

Saturday Evening – Banquet at American Sign Museum
Join us Saturday evening for our marquee event at the one-of-a-kind American Sign Museum. Guests will enjoy a buffet dinner, open bar, and all-access to the museum which will include a special “video exhibit” on the history of Ohio Theta! Our program will include alumni recognitions and awards presented by Brian Tenclinger, SigEp Director of Volunteer Engagement, and a keynote address from SigEp Grand Chapter President Brad Narhstadt. Cocktail Attire attire is encouraged! If you were emailed a virtual ticket, you do NOT need this for check-in.

The Museum’s facility is accessible for those with limited mobility. The entire collection resides on one floor that’s easy to navigate. Guests will enjoy a delicious barbecue buffet catered by Cincinnati’s own Bee’s Barbecue. The menu includes brisket, pulled pork, turkey, Cincinnati Hot Link, jackfruit, mac & cheese, potato salad, sticky beans, cole slaw, and cornbread! Guests will also enjoy an open bar, featuring beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic options. Cash tips are encouraged for bartending staff!
